Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use IdealMuslims, you must:

• Be legally eligible to marry according to the laws of your country
• Have serious intentions of finding a marriage partner, not casual dating
• Be Muslim or genuinely interested in marrying a Muslim while respecting Islamic values
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your profile
• Not be currently married unless seeking a polygamous marriage in accordance with Islamic law and local legal requirements
• Agree to conduct yourself in accordance with Islamic principles of modesty, respect, and propriety

Code of Conduct

All users must adhere to our strict Code of Conduct, which upholds Islamic values and family principles:

• Matrimonial Intentions Only: Users must have genuine, serious intentions of finding a marriage partner. Dating, casual relationships, or hookups are strictly prohibited.
• Islamic Boundaries: All communications must respect Islamic boundaries regarding interactions between non-related men and women (ghair mahram).
• Respectful Communication: Maintain respectful, modest, and purposeful communication focused on determining marriage compatibility.
• No Inappropriate Content: Sharing explicit, sexual, or inappropriate content is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for dating, casual relationships, or any non-matrimonial purposes
• Engaging in or promoting activities contrary to Islamic principles
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating others
• Soliciting money or financial information from other users
• Promoting or advertising commercial services
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Sharing sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Attempting to bypass platform safety features or Islamic guidelines
• Using automated systems or bots to access the platform

Profile Verification and Safety

To maintain a safe, authentic matrimonial environment:

• We implement profile verification processes to ensure authenticity
• We reserve the right to request additional verification or documentation
• We may remove profiles that violate our terms or Code of Conduct
• Users should report any suspicious activity or profile violations
• We are not responsible for user conduct offline or outside the platform

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Conducting your own due diligence before proceeding with any matrimonial arrangement
• Involving family members appropriately in your matrimonial search
• Complying with all applicable laws and Islamic principles
• Respecting the rights and dignity of other users

Disclaimers and Limitations

IdealMuslims is a platform that facilitates matrimonial introductions. We do not:

• Guarantee that you will find a marriage partner
• Conduct comprehensive background checks on all users
• Verify all information provided by users
• Act as a marriage broker, counselor, or religious authority
• Assume responsibility for user interactions or outcomes
• Guarantee the accuracy of compatibility matches

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions regarding marriage and agree to conduct appropriate due diligence.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service or our Code of Conduct
• Engage in dating or casual relationships rather than serious matrimonial pursuits
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in behavior that compromises platform safety or Islamic values
• Violate the rights of other users

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of IdealMuslims, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Rewind Romance Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or premium features:

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
